The year is 11120, and it could very well be the last one. The end of the world is coming. We all knew it. Scientists discovered that before the 20th century, a long time ago.
For the past 500 years, give or take, the winters have been getting significantly milder, the summers hotter. The big bodies of water started to dry up, and crops became harder to grow. The meagre supply of food we do have can only sufficiently feed half of us. We have to keep moving for fear of Solar Flares. They hit the ground now, instead of staying in the solar atmosphere, and release radiation, which kills more of us. I am not sure why we bother to stay alive, after all, the sun is getting closer and there's nothing we can do about it. Maybe it's instinct, or maybe it's something else.

Fight like hell
No one saw this coming, something like this happening is never planned by anyone, it was small at first, subtle warning's from the news then it hit hard within a couple hours, weeks. Pretty soon people were screaming, running from loved one's that caught a strange virus that was floating around for some reason that is still unknown a year later. They said that "Changing is part of LIFE.", at least that's what the CSD (Change and Save Department) used to say. They thought they created a "cure". A cure to save many people's lives from sickness, cancer, and all. Unfortunately... They were wrong. It was fine at first... However, their first test subject? It was for no good. Instead of a cure, they made a "virus". The virus is incurable for now. Many people protested against the CSD and the government. It changed.. but it was never saved... They said that once they bit you, in an hour the virus will spread throughout your body and kill you, then you'll be alive but not like you used to be. There are many survivors, but there are also many who have been turned into monsters. They call these monsters, "zombies". The CSD promised that they'll find a cure, but much-lost hope, lost hope for being alive, lost hope for survival. A 17 yrs. the old girl was in between that. Everything might sound and look horrible but she never lost hope for survival. "I'm running out of food.." she kept on talking to herself since there was no one but her. She saw a grocery store nearby so she checked it out if there were food, and fortunately, there was. She stuffed the food in her bag until she heard something. "Is someone there?" She asked, she hoped it wasn't what she thought about but there it was. The zombie's legs were twisted so it will have a hard time catching her. However, she never encountered that close. She stuffed the last food in her bag and ran. She ran to the girl's restroom. When she opened the door there were zombies! It almost caught her but fortunately, nothing happened to her. She ran back but there were more! "Please don't say this is how I'm going to die!" She said to herself. Is she going to die? Who will she meet? Will they survive this cruel world?? The Apocalypse
The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form. For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. Everyone on Earth has one card with a chip in it that has everything about you on it and the new currency for everyone is credit and bits.Zakończone
