Renee is your ordinary girl. She got invited to a party and just couldn't resist. When she gets there she finds herself dragged into a truth or dare game with the most popular people in school. After daring the queen bee Ann to kiss the biggest nerd, Ann takes revenge on her. Knowing Renee cant stand Luke, the most popular guy in school, she dares her and him to stay a night in the old abandoned hospital. After getting there they stumble across a room. Luke sits in the chair by the desk while Renee looks around. She finds herself drawn to the filing cabinet. Most of the drawers were locked....besides one. As she opens the drawer she finds a labeled box. "DO NOT OPEN" it read. She opened the box to find something that would haunt her forever.
