Crumbling Crown

Set back in the medieval times, Alys is the daughter of the King of Xalia... and thought to be insane. After being away at school for six years, she finds it hard adjusting to her new life now in the castle, which was once her beloved home. It doesn't help that so many things have changed over the past years, her mental state not being one of them.

She tries to hide it, but she still hears voices and experiences extreme hallucinations that are too real for comfort. And it doesn't help that everyone is keeping their eyes on her... including her new, irritating, and slightly mysterious body-guard that never leaves her side.

But as mysteries unravel and Alys discovers her heritage, could it be true that there is more to it than just pure insanity? Or has her mind drifted much farther off the edge than anyone could have imagined?
