The Other Half

"Did you hear about Bianca's sister?"

"I know I can't believe it!"

Yup. That's the school gossip for this week. Apparently my estragned father sprung the news on me that I have a sister. A half sister. And why? Because he is now my legal guardian after my mother passed away.

And why is that such big news? Maybe because she's the prettiest thing known to man. She is perfect, and graceful and popular. On her first day that is. And that means she'll replace me as queen bee! I can't let that happen!

Ugh! What am I ever going to do?
