Vic is a senior at Clairemont High School down in San Diego, California. He's one of the popular people and well known by pretty much everyone, and everyone knows not to get on his bad side. Kellin and his abusive mother just moved there. His father left them when he was young, resulting in his mother drinking and beating Kellin. He's a junior, and an easy target for bullies.
