As a lowly pocket thief, Li takes his meals where he can. Along side his two companions, Dorian and Vincent, Li is content with roaming the Kingdom of Etacan. But when the group meets a messenger whose course is set for the Sorrales Kingdom, Li agrees to escort him. After an unfortunate event though, the thieves are forced to finish the messengers mission and deliver the letter directly to the King. Though Li is uncertain of what returning to the castle will mean for him, he knows he must keep his promise, even if it means death. He soon learns that meeting the messenger wasn't just by chance but by fate. Thrown back into a world he thought he left behind five years ago, Li must decide what is more important to him: family or friends.
