We all know the story of The End. Tord returned after many years of radio silence, tricked his friends, nearly killed them, tried to take over the world, then ran away.
Everyone knows what happened BEFORE the events of The End. But the question still remains;
What happened After the War?
[I began writing this story back in 2016 when I was a truly rabid Eddsworld fan. Now, I'm past that phase in my lifetime, but I felt bad leaving the story hanging where it was. As of 6/4/2019 the most recent chapter has been written and published. This fic is SHIP-FREE (save for some paultryk in one of the earlier chapters, but I can't really go back and edit that, for old time's sake...) enjoy!]

But one day everything went wrong. Dragons were gone. The forest that before was full of different types of dragons was now just a big tree labyrinth. Not a scale in sight. However, there was one exception. The Midnight Pearl. But why is that? Where did other dragons go? Where did the Midnight Pearl go and where did it come from? What is it?
