There's a lot of things that Ally thinks will never happen to her, and before her 16th birthday she was pretty sure she'd never be diagnosed with a brain tumour and need life-threatening surgery. Suddenly she goes from awkward family parties with her crazy Uncle, to basically living in the hospital. She's pretty down about it, but it's not all bad. Let's not forget about the super cute boy working night shifts, who just might be able to help Ally see a future for herself again.
