She has been questioning her existence since she learned about death. "Death comes for us all", her brother had said when she was just five years old. Since then, she questioned. She questioned about things she still couldn't fully understand, about things noone could ever truly understand. What happens after we die? Is there really a God? A heaven, a hell? Or do people just stop existing? Like being asleep, just that there will be no waking up. And she worried. She worried that oblivion is really where we all are headed. She worried that she would meet it earlier than when she was ready. Will she ever truly be ready? Maybe she just didn't want to die. Maybe she just wants to experience everything that this world has to offer, to live her life as fully as possible. Right now, though, she isn't doing that. She didn't know why, either. She had everything she needed. Well, everything except someone to do it with, maybe?

A short story collection with a bigger picture to it all. * Subtract two parts and that's how many you will get. * Have you felt lost? Have you ever felt like you needed something in your life? Well, this isn't it. Those were the words the pamphlet spoke, yet I still didn't know what they meant. I didn't understand why my mom gave me this. Was this supposed to fix me? Give me some kind of hope? Or was this some kind of sick joke?
