This short story paints the picture of a girl by the name of Joelle.

After a nasty split between her parents, she moved into an apartment with her best friend, Cayla Jones.

What makes matters worse is Joelle has just gotten out of an abusive relationship.Cayla, trying to turn Joelle's rotten feelings upside down, challenges her to a snowball fight.

When Joelle's snowball turns south(literally),it hits a stranger by the name of Skai. And he turns out to be the second best thing in her life.

When Damian(her exboyfriend)comes looking for her, Skai was there to pick the broken pieces of her heart back up.

This is their tale, set in a freezing world, where maybe, if you really look for it, true love does exist.
