After Scott's confrontation to Stiles, WICKED decided to kidnap Stiles and place him under their wing and experiments as Thomas. WICKED took two years and sacrificing a lot of teenagers to finish their experiment. Now that Thomas and the gang woke up from the experiment, Thomas went back to the place he hated the most and go back as Stiles Stilinski again.
What Stiles didn't know that WICKED is coming to get them all back to search for a perfect vessel or lab rat on their latest experiment.
Meanwhile, Scott didn't notice that his best friend was kidnapped and temporally brain washed that cause Stiles to think that their brotherhood is finally over and can never be repaired.
then one day, someone came to Beacon hills and looked for Stiles/Thomas for help, to rescue a blonde and limping teenager

*BASED ON TEENWOLF THE MOVIE ENDING* Scott calls Stiles to update him on what all happened; that the Nogitsune escaped thanks to Harris. Harris! Their freaking chemistry teacher who hated their guts - mostly Stiles'. Allison came back Void and remembered nothing, only that she must kill werewolves. (Specifically Derek). But to not worry because Lydia screamed and it gave her the memories she had lost. Scott told Stiles how Derek Hale sacrificed himself to save not only the pack but his son as well. Who knew Derek had a son? Definitely not him. The Nogitsune is dead once and for all. He would never hurt anyone ever again. Stiles races back home, he can't lose Derek, Eli can't lose Derek. The maze runner x teen wolf (Newtmas) The gladers are back, they came home. After 3 year of being missing they all came home. Stiles/ Thomas is still a bit shaken up form the trails. He loved seeing his family again but there's a certain boy his misses. The pack know something is up with stiles as he's not acting the same, he's different. His smile no longer reaches his eyes. But what can they do to change that, how can they make him go back to normal. Like he was before. (I suck at descriptions so just go with it, okay thanks 😂) Ps.
