Peggy is your typical american wallflower who just graduated. Peggy sees herself as nothing special. On her 18th birthday she takes her life in her own hands: and moves to Paris for a year to study the french language and history at the Université de Sarcelles. Peggy will stay with her best friend Boomquifa , who works for the kfc in Paris. Both of those american girl's life will change when they have an unsuspected encounter with the notorious french gang : Les starfoulas. Somehow the very attractive bad boy group leader, Michel, takes an interest in Peggy.
