She now lives in the more run down area of Gotham city, scavenging for food, and barely defending herself from bigger predetors. What will she do when the Dark Knight puts her on a team full of immature teens called the "Mini Justice League"?

What do you do when you're a homeless kid on the streets of Gotham? Becoming a criminal is SO straight-forward, so how about something new? Dick Grayson and Wally West, or better known as Robin and Finch, are robbers with a seemingly random pattern and motive. But what happens when a Bat figures out it's not so random, and these teen-aged criminals are not as "bad" as they make themselves out to be? One Young Justice encounter later, and the pair fight for their lives; their lives as either criminals or what they can become. I don't own DC or any references made in this. 14 year old Jade Knight is the Jester, adopted daughter of The Joker and Harley Quinn. She's been with them since she was a young child but spent a few of those years training with assassins. She is meant to take over the role of being the Joker but to do so she has to kill Robin. Robin is guessed to attend Gotham Academy so Jade is sent there undercover as a new student but finding Robin is harder than it looks. She makes a friend called Dick Grayson and after a while he starts to make the things the Joker and Harley put into her head go away and she sort of changes and realises she doesn't actually want to be the Jester anymore. She finally tells Joker and Harley she doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore but they don't accept it and try to kill her. She's then saved by the league but when she wakes up Joker is gone and left a broadcast announcing that Jade was the Joker, the one thing she feared most of becoming and it breaks her making her loose what's left of her sanity. Nearly two years later she finds out that Dick didn't die and that he was under a new name, Nightwing.
