Kyle Stevens: Average kid. Decent grades, good behavior, helps his dad at home. Pretty normal teenager. Or so he thinks. Having amnesia from a car accident, his father moves them to Miami, Florida. Discovering that he was a part of the Super Human Enhancement Project(SHEP) at birth, Kyle learns that he has extraordinary abilities. Super-enhanced senses, reflexes, speed,  unimaginable strength and healing. He obtains information that SHEP is dangerous, sought to extinct the human race and have their "New Breeds" take over. Becoming the Apex predator of the planet.
