A few months ago my life would have been pretty ordinary besides me: let's just say that I wasn't your typical teenager anyways I had a loving family, friends that cared for me & a normal environment to live in.
Then with a blink of an eye it all changed. I was suddenly thrown into a war between who had me & my brothers custody & a few weeks later my once ordinary life was changed it had been taken away from me. I was all of the sudden moving to a different town, house & school. I was no longer on my way to my friends house like on a regular summer day now I was in a crowded car with a silent blanket over us. No one talked, we were all just silent thinking about how our lives changed in a span of two months.
And it only got worser once I met Nathan Pierce the handsome bad boy @ Lake Mystic High. The worse part of it all was that my normal view of the world would change drastically. The made up creatures I once drooled over like in twilight were real. The supernatural beings said to be made up-weren't they existed among us but we were just to blind to see it.
Now my life was different.
But let's not all get so depressed my story does have its moments of Normal - I guess.

BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. The Myth that Became Real
I was an ordinary girl, as normal as anyone can be. The day some mysterious guy rolled into town and noticed me, my world flipped upside down and things started happening. Things I could not explain. I had to leave my world behind after finding out the truth of what I was and train as hard as I could. There were people after me and my kind and I wasn't sure how to stop them. How could I protect so many and lead a brand new life myself? How do I prevent war with the world? And how will I ever be able to resist Liam's charm when every fiber of my being pulls me toward him? The supernatural isn't a myth anymore, they are real and I'm one of them. And now the whole world is after us. Note: This can be read as a standalone but you can read Taken first if you want. There's no reason to read it if you don't want to. This book is completely understandable without reading Taken beforehand.

She'll... Change... I look up at the moon, could she not have heard my howls? Of course she did. She always did. I can hear the other wolves in the forest. Soon I too would be engulfed by the beast. Unable to control myself, unable to predict the beasts next move. Only she could tame the beast inside me. Why be afraid of the monster under the bed when you should be afraid of the one lying next to you under the sheets.--- I keep quiet in the deep dark night. Watching her waiting for her to come back to me. I wait for him to slip up just long enough for me to swoop in and take her. It's only a matter of time. Or So I Thought.
They say don't talk and drive, and now I know why. Although, not for the reason you might think. I accidentally hit my alpha mate with my truck. Bet the insurance won't cover that.
