Mature
After graduating high school, Dorian Lowry decides to spend the summer of 2016 with his father and his father's family down in Virginia. While there's some tension when Dorian first arrives, he soon fits right in with his same-aged half-brother Tavian and Tavian's friends. His summer seems to be off to a great start until he meets Noah Montgomery, the cute and down-to-earth best friend of Tavian's girlfriend. The instant attraction he feels to Noah poses many problems because Dorian is closeted and has no plans to come out anytime soon. With all eyes on him, he must somehow strike a balance between what he desires and what is expected of him. He soon learns just how unpredictable and uncompromising one summer can be.

When Jordan Cameron was ten years old, his mother stopped speaking and was never the same again, going from one institution to another and ultimately to a group home. While his father explores the world as a well-renowned geoscientist, Jordan's older brother, Tim, is forced to raise him. Tim, eleven years older than Jordan, never had a normal childhood, living with their schizophrenic mother. Jordan lives in his own world, or so that's what it seems to the average person. No one, not even his brother, has ever given him a chance. That is until Tim's best friend comes along. Jamie Perron has a history of bad relationships, alternating between men and women. This last time he is kicked out by his girlfriend and has nowhere to go so he turns to his best friend, Tim. Jamie only knew Jordan as a child, but never did he think he would develop an unusual relationship with Tim's weird, quiet, and sullen (although cute) nineteen old brother through the course of one exciting and interesting summer. Diego Santiago was not your average teenager. He had a loving mother, a great best friend, a beautiful friend, an ex-boyfriend that gave him a traumatic experience, a soon-to-be stepbrother that helped along in that traumatic experience, a friend turned enemy, and finally, a messy slight crush. It's a handful. He was no longer a nobody but somebody with a bad name and a target on his head. He messed with the school's king, and he needed to face the consequences, or so they say and believe. Despite all these things that are making his life one big roller coaster, he still wants one thing in life, for his mother and friends to be happy. Caden Mitchell had a hectic life of his own as well. He was the enemy at first and is trying his best to become a true brother and a true lover. He knew he needed to change, but his old habits keep crawling back. He needed to learn and grow as a person, and for the sake of his mental health, he needed to change fast. Caden was on a mission, a mission to get back his soon-to-be stepbrother and his lover that meant more to him than he could express in words. He was growing desperate and was ready to do just about anything. Even if that meant leaving behind Victor, who he once saw was the closest thing to a brother he'd ever get.
