The Long Road Ahead

I have come to the conclusion that... "Life's crazy." I kind of always had a troubled life. I've gotten bullied, I barely had friends when I was younger, and generally, I've always felt alone. When I was in sixth grade, I was given a literacy assignment to write a poem. That poem was ok for that moment but who would have thought that poetry would be my saving grace? Who would have thought life would throw so much crap at me and poetry would be there to save me from the rubble and ashes.
