Ribbons and Lace

Lacie Wynters, was abandoned at a local fire station with only a lace ribbon tied to her wrist. She was named by the sole object that connects her to her biological family. She has been working the Foster Care system for a good sixteen years, but she is done putting up with cruelty and unfairness the system entails. Now out on her own, dodging social workers and nightmares of the past, Lacie finds out just how good life can be with the right people.
