Our path into the college baseball recruiting experience started much like most other families in youth baseball: We knew nothing. What originally started out as an activity to play on the weekends with our sons and their friends, grew over the years into a lifestyle never expected. 19 years later, two of my sons have been successfully recruited to play college baseball, and my oldest has just completed his 3rd season of professional baseball. Baseball people have always told us that "If you can play the Game in high school - you can play the Game in college: It doesn't matter where you play. After watching my sons play baseball in Park City, Utah, where we average 411-inches of snow annually, I'd agree. Yet despite our own success, too many deserving high school players continue to fail in their own efforts to realize the same dream, and I believe this rate of failure is only due to a lack of education and perspective of the recruitment process itself - and what the player must do to prepare himself to become recruited for the next level of baseball. My family has been incredibly-blessed with the opportunities extended, and it's time to give back: I want to help other players realize their dream of playing college baseball too! Each year, over 24,000 high school baseball players attempt to become recruited to play college baseball, and if you took all the roster spots available (at every level), the odds of becoming recruited are as great as 7 of every 10 players. Although our story is indeed fictional, the recruiting steps contained within are real - and proven, and will help others become successfully recruited. Read my story, and learn the elements of recruitment: The supply and demand sides of college baseball; how to prepare to perform at a higher level; the best level of college baseball; and how to craft a successful, targeted recruitment strategy that saves you time and money - and lets YOU choose the best college baseball program for you!

"So this was all just a game to you . . .this whole time, you pretended to like me in order to humiliate me in front of the entire school?" An air of melancholia surrounded me, eyes watery like never before. "Were your feelings for me ever real?" There wasn't even a trace of an apologetic expression on his features as he tucked his hands in his pockets, before he gave a nonchalant shrug. The sudden urge for revenge became a prominent priority. He regarded me passively. "It's not my fault that you fell for me in the first place." he justified as he advanced my way, closing the gap between us. Unstably, I strode backwards on the concrete. ". . .stay back." I whimpered. "You're nothing but cold hearted." ·•● Two years ago, Emery Roy was tragically exposed to what some could call an intense betrayal all thanks to the originator - Dean Darnell. Everything went downward spiral after they started dating. What appeared to be a match-made in heaven, turned from blissful to disastrous the moment Dean humiliated Emery in front of the entire school, leaving her completely heartbroken. So to avoid him at all cost, she did what any person would do: transfer school. Fast forward two years later. What happens when she's returning back to Roosevelt High, for the first time during senior year? She only has a few tasks: avoid Dean and face her obstacles. The only question is will she succeed or will she get fooled again? How would you describe Candice Parker? Well, everyone calls her Candy for starters. But she's not always sweet. She can be manipulative and plain rude sometimes, but I love her anyway, at least... I thought I did. Well anyway, she's as independent as a wild horse and as elegant as one too. All the lads fall head over heels for her but she ends us messing them around anyway, never been able to stick to one boy for over a week and naturally I haven't been able to get one for myself because all the hot ones are either one of her next victims or previous ones. She's as complicated as algebra but as easier to remember than anything else. My bestfriend.... My other best friend is Wesley green. Wes is one of the hottest lads in my school and he doesn't even know it. I think it's what makes him so irresistible to girls, even though he isn't the type to go around screwing every one that sent him a cheeky wink. I've known him since I was 5 and he's always been kind and considerate unlike lots of the lads I know that just want girls for fun, unlike the lads Candy usually pulls. He refuses to date her because he knows exactly what she's like. He walkes me to classes and we go to the cinema and he's a real sweet heart. Do I like him as more than a friend? Urm... No, I wouldn't say so... And then there's me. Where Wes and Candy are popular, I am most definitely not. I am that quiet shy girl that has only one or two friends and enjoys to read and do other things in her spare time but is still awesome enough to do everything a normal teenager does. However, this year took me by surprise, how? Enter Wade, schools quiet hottie who lives alone in the apartment above his parents pub. He's charming and kind and takes Natasha in when she was feeling down. The one problem is... he's one of Candy's ex's. Will he change Tasha's life or will he just be an addition to her small group of friends.

... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!
