Bruce Wayne helped fund the prison until he decided to shut it down only with no avail as Dr. Professor Hugo Strange locked the billionaire up claiming to know the big secret, and also thinks that some Protocol 10 will be the crowning achievement and the proof that he's succeeded The Batman. Y/n Wayne on the other hand has been in touch with the police commissioner James Gordon and hiding out somewhere Strange can't find him, but is later called to action to assist his partner after the Joker does something that requires the help of Mr. Freeze.Complete
