An average girl Briana 'Bree' Slater who lives in small town Norfolk, Virginia works as a poet and novelist whose writing is shared with all of Virginia. She had just begun to branch out into more public/social events in which she writes what she sees around the community, but the writing isn't in the style of a report, it's written lyrically like a story. Her job is going well for her and she's receiving much glory for it... that is until she's scored an invite to write on an event concerning a famous man from this town who has returned back home. That man happens to be Grant Gustin, and also happens to be an old 'friend'.
