Alexandra Marie Smith is your average nerd but much more than you would expect. Her Brother Jake is the captain of the football team and is Mr. Popular whilst she is not so social. (How ironic. I know right.) She would rather spend all her time locked up in her room reading books on wattpad than going out to parties. She has always been the type of girl that was always in the shadows and ignored but this year she wants to change all of that. Alexandra is a fifteen year old junior that has never been to a high school party before. Over the summer her two best friends helped her achieve that goal. On the first day of school she walked into school like her normal self but on the second day she went from a nerd to a sarcastic bad ass.

You might think that this is your typical cliche story but this one has a twist. Her mom has a secret. A secret that can break a family apart. What if the man Alexandra knew as her father wasn't really her biological dad? What happens when one day after coming home from school she sees a limousine parked outside her house and noticing that both her parents were in the living room talking to a strange man in an expensive looking suit, only for them to tell her that that was her father.
