In the year 3022 this is the aftermath of the government putting all children into asylums in individual cells even if they were perfectly healthy not mental issues or anything. So for no reason and causing some to commit suicide but also some to just go insane. So every child was in an asylum because the government didn't feel like have to manage all of those houses so there were over 2'000 children per asylum. So what happens when one person escapes will she let everyone else free or will she join the government?  Then she finds out the only way to release all the children is to defeat Governor Christine. Will Regan ever she her parents again?
