Rachel Vaughn is a woman who's achieved it all. Graduated from Harvard university, she's a neurosurgeon in one of the best medical facilities in New York. So when Rachel comes running to his door, practically begging to be her 'pretend' boyfriend, He proposes a deal as he happened to be stuck in a similar situation as well. They 'fake' date till the end of the year until their parents are off their backs and then go back to hating each other as usual. One rule?- No falling in love. They make it clear it's all just a ruse for their convenience, but with time will the lines between fake and reality stand or become a blur? Will it really, in the end, be just pretend?
