This is a sequel to my story A Demon of the Sea. After nearly two summers with Bill and his crew, Dipper returns with his captain to Gravity Falls to see Mabel, Stan, and Ford. However, disaster awaits upon his return. They have been turned in to the navy by someone close to them. How much worse could things possibly get for Dipper?

The sun rises on a beautiful sunny summer day. Bill has been waiting for the perfect time to try again. Cast in stone, a statue in the forest of Gravity Falls, he had a lot of time to think. Then one night, the moon and stars lit the path for a familiar face, everything changed. The one who bested him, now growing up, worse for wear he'd turned to the arms of a demon in search of rest. (This is an edited and updated version of my originally work, I've fixed some of the grammar and revamped the flow of the plot. Major details remain for the most part intact just better now that I have more writing experience. This is still definitely a BillDip story and will still be very gay, hopefully even more gay than the first time around.) Also! this is a slow burn and I mean I'ma make it slower than the first book because now that I've gone back and read over for the first time in several years I still think I was to fast with their relationship so I mean it when I say slow burn! Let's say the Pines Twins never went to gravity falls when they were twelve. They couldn't go last minute because of an family emergency. Simple as that. The towns folk have already moved on and have all agreed to forget what happened. Dipper and Mabel thought it would be a great idea to spend their summer at Gravity falls.
