A poison breathe sweeps across these lands of hunger. A threat never spoken by blackened tongues nor found through pages of ancient words. Once consumed, a brief rebirth in servitude to 'She,' the one that leads under the banner of a three-headed god. How foreign! yet plague threatens all creatures of the living. Who will rise and conquer the crimson curse?

Unbeknownst to most, the rocky, bleak and storm-laden peninsula of Hag's Head held a villainous secret. An Undead Penal Colony, the long-lived charged with banishment. For there resided the Udon-Zu'ur, a tribe of legend for those wise enough to remember.

How time showed no mercy. All grew wary watching their numbers dwindle - succumbing to age and the elements. When the northern winds blew, it reminded them of home, a painful memory that bit in the bone-numbing breeze. If only they had won that cursed war! But little did they know, their future destinies lay elsewhere.

It must have been a goddess. That he was sure of. In the middle of those dark ashes, a body was laid down, wrapped in a cape that must have been green before but which was now covered in brown because of the ashes. Her face was strikingly pale, of a rare whiteness, but it was also dirtied by the ashes, hiding her cheeks and forehead. But despite those ashes and these dark smudges, one thing was absolutely certain: she was divine. She had a beautiful face with a straight, small nose, lips that were plump even if they were dry and a bit blue from the cold. Her eyes were closed, but her lashes seemed to be long and thick, resting on her cheeks like she was sleeping peacefuly. But all of those traits were not what attracted the Jarl. What did was the streak of hair that rested on her forehead, which had leaked from her hood. Its color was so unique and uncommon for a girl from this country that Tharn remained fixated on it. It was impossible to decide if this girl was a red-head or a blond. It seemed like the gods had not been able to chose in-between those two hair colors and had to give her the tone in between those two: gold. What a waste for such a heavenly creature to be dead, Tharn thought. Well, was he sure she was dead? After kneeling down, he bent over her, placing his fingers on her throat to check if her heart was still beating and placing his cheek in front of her mouth to see if he could feel a breath against his skin. As faint as it was, a light breeze touched him and a slow beat came under his fingers. She was barely alive, but she still was. A sigh of relief escaped him without him controlling it. He had no idea why he was so glad she was alive, but he was sure of one thing : she was coming back with him, and she would be his.

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?

Marcus narrowed his eyes at her and brought a hand up, tangling his hand in her hair and tugging on it so she was looking up at him. "You're asking for it, Mila. I could have you moaning my name and begging for more in seconds," he said, squeezing her ass and rubbing himself against her. Mila inhaled sharply and let out an involuntary whimper, craving to be closer to him, with nothing in the way. "You're all talk," she said breathlessly. "All talk, no action. You talk too much," she said, looking up at him with darkened eyes. "I'll believe it when I see it." Marcus growled, planting another hard kiss on her lips, pinning her to the wall with his body as his hands slid down lower on her ass, fingers curling around her inner thighs and getting dangerously close to where she was already wet for him. "You're going to eat those words, Mila," he said against her lips, pushing off the wall and carrying her towards the bedroom. "You're going to eat them while I fuck you so good you scream my name." Mila is desperate for money. So desperate she is willing to do anything to get it and has tried most things. She reaches the end of hope that she will get the the necessary amount in time to take care of the person who needs it, until she remembers her life insurance. The life insurance she gets through her work could cover everything, the only issue being it requires her death and a suicide-clause means she can't do it herself. Desperate enough to sacrifice her life, she finds hiring someone to do it too expensive and one night while drunk, she turns to her superstitious roots and tries to summon a demon to do the deed for her. Several failed attempts later, she's surprised to discover it actually worked, and a surprisingly attractive demon named Marcus is standing in her living room, refusing to accept her request and sparking a lot of feelings she wasn't expecting to have for a demon from hell. this book comes down Nov 1st, then only on patreon

"What are you doing?" She asked and her voice sounded rather small even to her. She had asked him how to help him. This wasn't what she was expecting and being flush against him she could easily tell just how aroused he was. She didn't think she'd done anything to evoke that kind of response. Clearly she had and there was a kind of rumble she could just barely hear coming from him. He turned her and took a step forward which trapped her between him and the glass there. His mouth grazed hers and she thought that he was going to kiss her but didn't. He couldn't be any more flush against her if he tried and she wasn't sure if she should try and move away or not. Actually a part of her didn't really mind and was rather excited by what he did. Was doing, and she definitely felt a rush through her and her stomach clenched when she felt his teeth scrap against her throat. His hands dropped to the hem of her shirt and rather swiftly shoved it upward as his hands slid over her sides and she shivered for a moment. She should tell him to stop, but she knew he wouldn't listen. Ragnarok is the end of all. The three siblings Fenrir, Hel, and Jormungandr will destroy the nine realms. Once Fenrir is freed when Jormungandr shakes the worlds. It would break open the tomb holding Fenrir and then even the gods would be devoured. But what happens if Fenrir's tomb is opened by a mortal instead? What happens when the siblings of Ragnarok are shown a different choice other then what fate had decreed? Some times it's not about saving the world, just saving one soul that can change the fate of all the rest. How do you stop a god that doesn't care and wants to destroy? How do you love one that has never felt? Are you willing to love someone who may never love you?

The locals had warned me that no one in their right mind would enter the North Woods alone, not unless they had a death wish. It's a good thing then that I am not in my right mind. Fear had prevented me from returning to this place for years, but the nightmares depriving me of sleep threatened to steal what little sanity I had left, leaving me with no other choice than to confront the source of my apprehension. I was tired of pretending that everything was ok. That I was ok. I needed the nightmares to stop. But in order for that to happen, I needed to uncover my lost memories. The North Woods held answers, of that much I was certain. So here I stand, ready to face my past. If only I could get my legs to move. **FIRST DRAFT - UNEDITED **
