A poison breathe sweeps across these lands of hunger. A threat never spoken by blackened tongues nor found through pages of ancient words. Once consumed, a brief rebirth in servitude to 'She,' the one that leads under the banner of a three-headed god. How foreign! yet plague threatens all creatures of the living. Who will rise and conquer the crimson curse?

Unbeknownst to most, the rocky, bleak and storm-laden peninsula of Hag's Head held a villainous secret. An Undead Penal Colony, the long-lived charged with banishment. For there resided the Udon-Zu'ur, a tribe of legend for those wise enough to remember.

How time showed no mercy. All grew wary watching their numbers dwindle - succumbing to age and the elements. When the northern winds blew, it reminded them of home, a painful memory that bit in the bone-numbing breeze. If only they had won that cursed war! But little did they know, their future destinies lay elsewhere.

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?

BOOK 3 "Dance with me Tallulah." His whisper slithered over my skin, tempting me to comply. I smirked as I brought forth my current, allowing it to course my skin. I put my hand in his expecting him to fall to the ground from my immense shock. He only smiled, clasping his long fingers around my hand, tugging me up from my chair. I gasped as he pulled me in, forcing my body flush with his. I called on my full power, letting my electricity flow through him. Why wasn't he reacting? Anyone else would have been screeching in paralyzed agony. He hummed as I tripled the amount of electricity that would normally kill a man. "I suggest you stop. All that powers making my cock hard." He whispered, letting his blood stained lips graze my ear. ~~~ Tallulah has been in hiding since she was a baby. As the first half demon child to walk the earth, her father, demon rebellion against the vampire royals, wanted to shield her from supernatural backlash. But it was her fate that worried him most. The fate that a certain horrible, emotionless royal would take her as his own. Her father preferred a mortal life for his precious Tallulah than suffer eternity mated to the heartless blood thirsty Augustus Vercelis. Augustus is formally known as Augostino Vercelis, royal throne holder of the undead. Although he is indeed a murderous vampire, he hadn't enjoyed the bloodied kill of his thirst in over 200 years. His curse had him bound to good nature. At least until he finds the mystery creature that holds the ultimate gift of soul-mated love. If he can have her, he is free to lead the life he pleases, with zero constraints. And he is determined to make Tallulah his when he feels her blade deep in his heart. She's a feisty little mouse, but he likes the chase. (Warning: This book has intense mature scenes! Kink shaming comments will be deleted. Augutus has lived almost a thousand years with zero emotional attachment to anyone, his love is an acquired taste and doesn't come naturally.)

~A Wattys and Fiction Award winner* A lion does not need an invitation from a lamb. That is not the way of the predator. Predators take what they want, when they want it, however they please. And this belief that I am, that evil is, enslaved by the dark night is humorous to say the least. Why would any creator make their pupil inept of withstanding the lighted world when this planet is covered in daylight for half of its life span? No, our Maker did not instill such restrictions for, up here on these earthly lands, we are the gods of prey. ~ Tristan There is only one rule vampires must follow--Bite Hard. It is forbidden for humans to know vampires exist so you can imagine Tristan Darkos's surprise when he finds one that knows what he is. He can tell by the tremble of her body, the thump-thump of her pulse, and her dilated pupils. He's going to have to finish what some other vampire started. The problem is when Tristan gets close to this human his blood turns to fire and the thirst that burns in his throat that should spell her doom twists until he's consumed by another need--one that is evocative, primitive, and...wrong. If Tristan doesn't figure out the mystery that is Kinley Shea Rylan, it is certain whatever dark force her honey blood is summoning forth will be the end of him and, possibly, the end of the world as we know it. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Author note: - This is an original work with my take on Vampires. Book 1 of (The Awakening Series) {#1 Supernatural} {#1 Paranormal} {#1 Lycans} {#1 Vampire Romance} {#5 Royalty} The world went to shit long before I was born. Humans like me use to believe other species were nothing more than fictional characters, myths, or figures of one's imagination. But that was before vampires left the shadows and decided to reveal their species to the world. I've been told that teenage girls use to fantasize about being swooshed off their feet by those mysterious creatures. Insane. Matter of fact, insane would be an understatement, they were fucking lunatics. Vampires are not some fictional character that would love you like no other. No, vampires are not some sort of myth, and they most certainly are not, a figment of anyone's imagination. They are very real, and they despise the human race. In fact, they have enslaved my entire species and formed a new world. Each continent is owned by a ruthless, bloodsucking, barbaric, the vampire king. Every single one of them has played a part in the war of the awakening, showing no mercy, killing without question. Humans didn't even stand a chance. Our army and world leaders were killed or imprisoned in less than a couple of days. They slaughtered my race, but it didn't stop there. No, that was only the beginning of human suffering. Trust me when I say the death was truly a kindness, because anyone who survived the awakening, would beg for death. I was positive that my suffering would come to an end when I turned eighteen. I was hoping and praying to be marked as a feeder, nothing more, nothing less. Death was the only way out of this world. You see, all of the kings who ruled over the earth were cruel and calculating. They are all tyrants in their own right and they all answered to one vampire. Who was known as the most barbaric of them all and I was marked as his chosen. The King of all Vampire Kings. The darkness of the past catches up to the present and looms over the future. The now-grown undead god meets someone from his past for the last time in his infinite life. An ancient artifact that unlocks a hidden ability comes into his possession and will stay with him throughout his infinite life. Excerpts: Hearing that title broke him from his mental preoccupation. _Oh, no. Not her. Not with these people._ Glancing around the table, he saw that everyone was looking at him, overtly and covertly, watching and waiting for his reaction. ... The young god stood up in excitement. _It just talked to me! I'm talking to it! This is so weird. What else can I ask it?_ ... _What should I say? I should say something, right?_ "Umm... Hi!" he managed to say. He stopped himself from wincing at his awkward greeting as he felt every eye in the room on him and maintained a casual and relaxed facade. _'Hi'? Really? After not seeing her for so long, all you can say is 'Hi!'? Say something else._ "I came here to see you." _No, idiot. Say something less obvious._ "And, uhh, talk to you." _What's wrong with you, self?_ ... "I don't know. I don't really know what to do anymore. I've done terrible things to him but I don't know anymore if I did the right thing."
