Lucy Summers is a strong-willed, sarcastic teenage girl that grew up having a completely perfect life, until the death of her brother. Her parents decide that it's time to start fresh and they end up moving to a small town called Grandville, Oregon. Lucy thinks it's just another normal, boring town, but boy, was she wrong. She ends up getting thrown into the middle of it all and she finds out things that she never thought could possibly be real. She thinks itʻs all to crazy and has NOTHING to do with her, but she has more to do with it than she thinks.

If you searched the internet for the term 'winging it' you would get the definition 'to do or try to do something without much practice or preparation.' You'd probably think that no one wants to live a life of uncertainty. A life where nothing is planned. Only putting your faith in luck but that's not true. At least for this girl it's not. Seventeen year old Lucy Window is an average teenage girl. What makes her stand out from the rest is the fact that she lives her life 'winging it'. What has gone bad can't go bad again she'd say when asked why she lives her life by chance. Most believe that the day would come when Lucy "grows up" and realizes that living on the edge isn't going to cut it.
