Public Enemies (Plural-Public Enemy)- A person(s) or thing(s) regarded as a great threat towards a state, community or group. Bonnie and Clyde, Al Capone, Machine Gun Kelly....Fizzah and Rakim just want to be placed where they fit in.. Since Rakim was 9 years old watching his Mamma and Pops kill off others for doing stupid things, robbing big banks of america and getting away he knew nothing else but to do so... Him and his parents made a living out of stealing food, money, and clothing..and now that Rakim's parents are gone he has to take care of himself and he carries around his best female friend Fizzah, -Not good at descriptions-
