Mizuki, is your typical teenage girl. She has her friends, her family, school. She isn't much different from the rest. But there is one thing. She has her fases, and by fases, I mean, she's a werewolf. It's not like the once every full moon, it's when ever she feels like it. And if this isn't hard enough, her family has moved from Korea, to London, England. There's the always nice, language barrier, but she somehow finds that, no matter how tough things may seem, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Most days, you can find Mizuki Nekoyama in Hell, creeping through pitch-black passages, disabling deadly traps, and avoiding even-deadlier monsters. But that's the job of a Scout; highly-trained and extremely-capable individuals willing to brave the Depths in exchange for money, power and prestige. Most often, however, their careers are cut short between heartbeats if they let their guard down for just a single second. For the past five years, Mizuki, or 'Zen', has lived with the guilt that comes with losing her friends and lover inside one of the nation's Dungeons, and has searched far and wide for the person she believes is responsible for their tragic demise. She might be obsessive, compulsive, brutal, and slightly crazed, yet its exactly those traits which will allow her to progress in her mission; track down her quarry; and along the way found an organization capable of bringing entire nations to their knees. 17 parts Complete Mature

Allison Becka has always been the outcast-an awkward, 17-year-old girl more comfortable with books and computers than with people. An introverted "nerd" in a school full of social butterflies, she's learned to embrace her quirks and keep to herself. At her size, she's used to being overlooked and judged for being obese, but she's determined not to let it define her. But when an unexpected encounter in the woods changes her life forever, everything she's known will be turned upside down. One night, while walking home through the forest, Allison is bitten by a mysterious wolf. The pain of the bite is just the beginning. Soon, she discovers that the wolf wasn't just any animal-it was a werewolf. As the full moon rises, she finds herself struggling to control new, dangerous instincts and powers, and her world is forever altered. Now, Allison must navigate a world of secrets, shifting alliances, and new dangers-while grappling with her new identity as a werewolf. As she transforms from a shy, self-conscious girl into something more powerful than she could have ever imagined, Allison will have to learn what it means to embrace her inner beast. But the journey ahead is far from easy, and as her powers grow, so does the risk of losing control. Can she balance her newfound strength with the human side she's always known? Or will the beast within take over completely?
