My father was a demon. My mother was a human. I am a Half-Demon. We appear as humans, but we are stronger, faster, and more powerful than any of mortal descent. We live forever. We are responsible for every murder, every crime, and every tear on earth. It’s what we do. And the Full-Demons’ are worse. But something is happening to me. When she is near, my demon side disappears, and afterwards, it’s taking longer and longer for it to come back. Hendrix is worried. He said that if something isn’t done, I will lose my demon blood completely. This has never happened. Never in the history of all Demonic Origins. Never has one of Demonic descent fallen in love with one of the mortals. We are not meant to be capable of love. But it seems I am. And now he’s given me a mission. A mission that I can’t refuse:
