Life on our planet has ended as we know it. After the war with Giga a new enemy had arisen an entity called End, he brought plague and destruction everywhere. His first target was Hecate goddess of magic and the mist without her the mist crumbled and humans were able to see monsters. Many other gods and goddess have fallen and that was when the gods went into hiding. Monsters of Mythology soon overran our world without the gods our heroes soon died off and very few have survived. It has been 8 years since the appearance of End and 5 years since the heroes have gone. I believe there is still a chance to reverse this, I am Percy Jackson and this is my story.

I will try to be as lore-accurate as possible, but I am open to suggestions. Please lmk. Percy isn't some all powerful being or something in this. He has the same powers as his half-blood self. *DISCLAMER* This is a fanfiction novel! Rick Riordan is the proud and proper owner of the Percy Jackson series. --- This story introduces a new character to the Percy Jackson series with a life that leaves both himself and others around him in question. Throughout his life he was told to do what he was told to do or endure the consequence, not even questioning how his life ended up the way it is. After years of dealing with this indescribable pain, he came to the belief that he'd die with this horrible life. Or so he thought. With what began with a terrible loss actually leads up to a life he never expected to have. He earns great reward, respect, and a bright future for completing a severe quest that depended on succession. However, like many quests this one's not going to be easy. Whether it be mythological monsters or a haunting from his past, he manages to triumph over them all thanks to a couple of familiar and new faces. Throughout his quest he finds answers to many questions to his life but one: Is this where his story ends? --- Before you begin reading there's a few more things I want to mention regarding the story. Some chapters are narrated by different characters (symbols will be provided), there are mild abusive moments, it doesn't immediately dive into arriving at Camp Half-Blood nor knowing the main character's name, and this story takes place a month after The Titans Curse (so Percy, Annabeth, and Grover won't be included in "this" story). This is my first story, so I hope y'all like it. This story is dedicated to my high school teachers (for the sake of their privacy, I won't give their names). It was thanks to them I found my passion for writing and came up with the idea to post my stories. I am forever grateful for what they've done for me, I thank them for their undying support, and I doubt I'd be doing this without them. Thank you.

This Percy is colder than the Percy of old, only a select few see his caring side. Will the Hero ever find his peace? The war has passed in the Magic World and all is peaceful. Well that is what everyone thought for twenty years. Now something saying he is the true Dark One has come to destroy the peace. This is a battle that they can't win on their own. For protection the Seven, Nico, Reyna, Thalia, along with a handful of the other people were made immortals. Demigods are not necessarily in danger at first, but as more and more time passes, Mortals grow warier and warier of the children of the Gods. Demigods and Gods alike walk among them, and It's only a matter of time before they are revealed. And with the ever present post war PTSD, the former demigods, now gods, are facing a threat that can't kill but is making the world change for everyone.
