Life As A Teen Mom

Claire White is a 16 year old Teen who has a one year old daughter named Abby. She is trying to help her family by getting a job, she must work because after finding out about her pregnancy her boyfriend left her. What Claire doesn't know is that life will never be the same after something shocking is revealed. How will life go on? Things are going to be differnet and certainly not for the better.
