Rhea Adolph; an 18 years young detective. She's worked and succeeded in countless cases, and never has she once failed to solve a mystery that was thrown her way. Finally out of the hell-hole she had been forced to call home, Rhea recently moves into a neat little apartment with her roommate; Freya Odele.
Rhea is glad to be able to say that her "job" keeps her well-payed, and she has never needed to slouch on Freya, or crawl back to any family member for any form of financial support.
But, Rhea is about to face her most violent and onerous case when she is assigned to scrutinize the unforeseen murder of the aged and more-than-notable actor Jean Harding. An actor who had played the well-remembered role of "Chancery", from the original hit movie "Chancery's Big Chance". (Not real).
As Rhea faces her most arduous case yet, her eyes are opening and she's growing up. Not only is this a challenge to her mind, but now Rhea faces a challenge to her heart.
