Sanders finds himself in a hospital without any memory of being there. The hospital however, is abandoned. He then realises that he is currently in the moment after a brutal assassination has taken place. Through his journey to escape, he comes across clues that, at start, make no sense to only later on help him decipher the ugly truth. Whether he is able to escape or not, one things for sure. Either he dies trying or survives only to expect the unexpected.
