Jane Dyer is a normal girl. Bullied her whole life for being plain Jane, boring Jane, slutty Jane, she decides she is fed up with life. Louis Tomlinson is in the world famous band One Direction, but after a bad gig Louis gets involved in the wrong crowd which results in him getting kicked out the band. Jane and Louis meet and Jane helps Louis get back on his feet and back to normal. After time Jane and Louis fall in love, but this isn't your typical love story. A week before Louis is set to propose to Jane, he is involved in a terrible car accident. He ends up in intensive care in a coma. When Louis comes around, he is left physically and mentally disabled and also mute. Will Jane crack under the pressure of being a young carer, or will she stay and look after Louis?
