The wind played with a loose strand of her hair, sending it across her cheek. Without thinking, I reached out, brushing it back. Her breath hitched. My fingers lingered at the side of her face, the warmth of her skin burning into me. Her lips parted, just slightly. I could feel her breath, warm and uneven. We were too close. And yet, neither of us moved away. The tension between us, the one we had carefully danced around for so long, finally cracked open. My hand dropped to her waist, her body shifting just slightly toward mine, her fingers brushing against my sleeve as if testing a boundary neither of us wanted to acknowledge. Her eyes searched mine, and for the first time, I didn't know if I had the strength to pull away. She tilted her head up, and for a moment-just a single moment-I allowed myself to lean in. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Will they fight to the end? **WARNING: This book does have some dark themes to it that revolve around abuse, rape etc. So please do not read if these themes are triggers for you** Four...That was her name or rather number of servant she was. She arrived at the Valley pack as a child with no name and no voice just wrapped in cloth and a strange necklace around her neck. Raised by the abusive Alpha, Four did not see any future for herself. What she thought would be a death sentence from a heist gone wrong, leaving her in the Alpha King's dungeon awaiting death for treason turned out to uncover more truths and secrets than she ever expected. ********* 'I cowered in the corner of the dark and cold cell. There was nothing but utter silence around me. It was deafening. My ears perked as I heard hissing sounds come from the vent and it made me feel weak and the door to the dungeon open. I could smell something but couldn't tell what the vapors released from the vents were burning my nostrils. I could hear foot steps drawing to my cell. The lights flicked on and I squinted to see a tall and broad figuring standing at my cell door, unlocking it, and walking in. The aura this man was giving out was making it hard not to tremble. I quickly stood up and bowed. "What is your name" he bellowed kinda muffled. I panicked and quickly remembered that the guards had not checked me before putting me in here. I pulled out my speech device and began typing...I looked up for a split second just to see a fist plummeting towards me and everything became fuzzy. I could hear screams but could not make out what was being said. Everything grew darker and darker before eventually everything was all black and my world faded...' ~~~~~~~ None of the remarks made in this story are real. It is all Fiction. ©All Rights Reserved

"Why?" She interrogated once they entered the room together, apprehensive about what she was inquiring and petrified of who she was interviewing. Their surroundings were small, meaning that there was little chance for her to escape, to his happiness. The store cupboard was littered with dusty cleaning equipment that could have easily been centuries old, shelves hanging on rusty hinges, and the strange scent of strong lemons filled the air, setting a scene that would surely be remembered for the two of them. He shut and locked the door, turned to face her, and proceeded to ask a question of his own. "Why what?" He replied, anxious in his own way- fearful for what she could do next. "Why haven't you done it yet?" "What?" He still didn't understand what she was talking about. "Why haven't you rejected me? Thrown me away like the garbage I am? Why haven't you hurt me-" ^-^-^-^-^-^-^ Ariel Black could have been normal like everyone else, but -she wasn't. She was a werewolf. She could turn into a wolf at will, she was faster, stronger than humans, she had fast healing abilities, and it was much easier for her to find her soulmate- her mate- than it was for humans. But as soon as she steps into a fairytale Masquerade party, (ironically dressed as Cinderella), the most feared Alpha of them all discovers her. And after a dance and a single glance at each other... They're mates. As fate, irony and humour would have it, she flees like the real Cinderella that she is, scared that he would reject her, leaving behind two clues for him to find her: Her scent, And a shoe. Determined to find out who the mysterious girl (also the pack's next Luna) was, Alpha-to-be Jacob Prince goes on a frantic search for his maiden. Ariel hides away from him, but how long will it be until she's discovered? *Warning! Definitely has vulgar language and dirty talk* Cover made by @truthsforme. 31/3/2020: Completed until the editing begins

THIS IS A SEQUEL TO HE'S MY MATE I feel the cold stones pressed to my back, seeping through the piece of fabric I have on to cover my body, the concrete below just as cold. This room, wherever it is, is kept low, low enough to bring my body temperature down. I haven't been able to access my wolf since I had been drugged when they got me. I don't know who they are, some monsters that have kept me prisoner. I don't even know how long I've been here. I tried counting the days, but when there are no windows, barely any lights, and when you keep getting knocked out by drugs, it makes it impossible to guess. I feel the deep pit of despair coming back to swallow me whole. The mood swings I keep going through, they must be a side effect of whatever it is they're giving me. There's no way out of this, there's no way Alarik will find me, and there's no way I can break free. I give up pulling on the shackles that bind my wrists, the skin there rubbed raw and scabbing from all the times I've tried to pull them loose. Even if I had my wolf strength, they're made of silver. There's no way I'm getting out of them, not unless someone unlocks them with a key. *************** Following Allison's disappearance, Alarik has been on edge. He's seached the entire pack, looked every possible place near their lands and hasn't found a single piece of evidence that leads to her, and what's worse is he can't link to her. Something's shut off the access of her to him, and there are very, very few ways that could happen, and one of them is death. Alarik refuses to give up hope that his mate is still alive and while he wants to blame Hazel, the very demon who said she wouldn't stop until she was with Alarik, one witness actually saw what happened, and it wasn't a woman that had taken his mate. Alarik is racing against time. Time that if it runs out, he must marry the very woman he despises, and the time that's slowly ticking to find Allison alive. Cover by @_fangirling
