Tony Stark, the Ironman. Steve Rogers, Captain America. Bruce Banner, the Hulk.
Peter Parker, the outcast.
What else is there to say? Peter is a genius. He might be the next Steven Hawking, if he actually tried. If he's that smart, why doesn't he just try? The answer is right in front of your nose.
He's an outcast.
Names? Geek. Nerd. Stupid. Freak. Loser. Parker. Photo boy. Useless.
Picked on by his peers. Bullied daily. It isn't bad, not as he explains it, at least. But really, it is, and he knows himself that he has to stop letting himself get pushed around. But he doesn't, because he's a stupid kid in his Sophomore year, who can't even keep track of his math homework, let alone his personal life or school problems.
He looks up to those super guys. Who doesn't? He wishes he could be like them. Why do they get to do everything? Can't a guy help out if he wants to?
What happens when Peter's life changes forever? Will he rise to fame immediately, become the next Iron Man, or be an Avenger?
Or will he remain an Underdog?
