The Rebirth Shades of Apocalypse chronicles a war between Humankind and the Tao'Vak race of aliens subjugated by their leader - the Supreme Commander. A summary is as follows:

Tod, a man of simple tastes, wakes up after a night of partying and is thrust into an unimaginable and terrifying situation. With explosions everywhere and the casualties of an alien-fueled apocalypse mounting, he vows to avenge the fallen, but this is no easy task as the aliens have many billions of bodies between him and the Supreme Commander of the Tao'Vak. However, there's still hope in the form of ancient alien technology and the will to use it. In this dark, and moving story, you will be on the edge of your seat, as you will bear witnesses to a new chapter of the story of humanity.
