Claire Elizabeth Gray has always been the perfect student and daughter. She's beautiful, popular and involved with her school and friends. As summer comes to a close and the new school year begins, Claire and her friends Valerie and Stella, are fascinated by the two new students who have enrolled at their school. The handsome and mysterious Markov brothers, Nicholas and Felix. Nicholas and Claire are immediately drawn to one another after they are partnered up for a mythology assignment, and soon they begin to fall in love with each other. Little does Claire know that both the Markov brothers are centuries old vampires who have come out of hiding to uncover more information about Claire and her past. Claire shares a connection and resemblance to an ancient vampire named Sonya, who once threatened the peace between vampires and humans before she was stopped by a band of vampires, including the Markov brothers. Now, she's back with her own coven of vampire loyalists, and she's ready to take revenge on everyone who tried to stop her over 200 hundred years ago. Now Claire will be dragged into the brutal, dangerous world of vampires where she will have to stay close to the Markovs if she has any hope of surviving because there are many vampires who would love to steal her blood...
