He thinks is father is dead or missing and he wants to go and find him so he askes his mother for money to enlist, but she says no. Darcy wonders why. And then it hit him the war was coming his way...

Her father was making sure she had a place on base with him until he was rotated back to the US. He was holding on until she graduated from both colleges. Which would hopefully be soon. Christian Grey was a big pain for his parents so they decided a family vacation was in order. In this story he and Ana are the same age. Ana had been giving tours since she was 14.
