Darcy is a young 14 year old boy growing up in 1915. And his father is sent away to fight in the Gallipoli war. Darcy has been reciving letters for months now and then ... They just stopped. He thinks is father is dead or missing and he wants to go and find him so he askes his mother for money to enlist, but she says no. Darcy wonders why. And then it hit him the war was coming his way...
