It was hard to believe that the Hunger Games has existed for nearly one hundred years. It could've been different, if the Mockingjay Rebellion had succeeded, or if it hadn't sparked at all. It began around the last Quarter Quell, when Katniss Everdeen had blown up the arena and was taken to District 13. But the rebels gave in after the Capitol destroyed District 12.
Within the districts, things haf changed. First, no one was allowed to volunteer for family, unless you were a resident at District 2. Second, the tributes chosen were not allowed to say goodbye to their families. The age limit was also changed: your name was entered at the age of ten and it goes up from there. Also, all names of all genders were put in one big bowl, so now there was a chance of two boys or two girls being chosen. Lastly, of course, there could only be one- strictly ONE -victor.
It is fate that brings Liam, Harry, Louis, Niall and Zayn together. When they meet at the Capitol, something unexpected happens. They befriend each other. Will they be what the Capitol wants them to be? Or will they show that they can't be controlled? Will they trust each other, or go against each other?
