The house was haunted or that's what everybody claimed it was. Located at the end of the lane, it was looming the financial status of my father and was standing like a warning. It was beautiful, no doubt, but something about it was threatening other than just being magnificent. I had never imagined that something made of simple bricks could look so frightening but that house had managed that achievement somehow.
People say that whoever enters in that house, dies, that it was haunted, by two extremely beautiful sisters who died there. One committed suicide and the other died in the hands of her beloved sister before she took her own life herself. So long story short, that house is a bad news. People die there. Many cases has been registered. Many innocents, young people especially, were brutally murdered here.
The house is said to play with your mind, make you see things that aren't real, believe facts that are lies.
Until we bought the house. And things started changing.
Because after all, the house wasn't normal... just like me.
