This story takes place two years after the battle of Hogwarts, Hermione decided to go back to school to officially become an Auror like she planned with Ronald at the time. Draco also has decided to do the same, before he makes amends with Hermione and her friends, he made it an accomplishment to do the same with everyone that has had problems with his family since the battle.

They then run into each other after Hermione apparates out of her own home trying to get to The Three Broomsticks.
