What do they say? If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Kaya Parks has tried numerous things countless times. Friends, jobs, figuring out where her life is going in general. But what she hasn't tried is cleansing it all away.

Since she recently graduated from high school just over two years ago, Kaya's mother is on her about getting her act together. But Kaya could never figure out what it is she want's to do with her life. However, when her older cousin, Megan invites her to stay with her in New York, Kaya sees this as a sign.

Leaving her old life behind, she packs for New York, ready to start her life anew. But what can she do when she meets the cheeky Essex chap, Olly Murs who reminds her so much of her dark past? Can she put aside her own, troubled feelings for this one guy who seems innocent enough? Or will her new crush become her undoing?
