Alot of people I know (including my self) struggle with Anxiety and Depression. In this "book" I'm going to have alot of different quotes and possibly some videos that help me through the day and that make me feel a little better about my self. I hope these will help yall as well because I know it's tough.

Just things I write well I'm not in a very good Place. I thought these aren't half bad. So why don't I share them with other people not only myself? So here we are I hope you like them.
