A white lie. Seems simple enough, until it spirals out of control gathering more and more bigger, dangerous lies, until it finally reaches the point of not being able to gather anymore without getting someone suspicious. You say that a lie is a one time thing, though. Well, that's usually the case, but not always. Sometimes the lie continues to grow taking over ones life to the point of no hope.

Emily and Joshua are the picture perfect couple. Everyone thought that their relationship was perfect. Which that was true, until Josh goes away to another high school, leaving Emily in his dust. Feeling forgotten and unloved, Emily searches for another way to regain the love that she had lost not soon after he moved away. She finds the wonderful world of boys again, and -of course- begins to date them. Everything seems new again. Except better; there's a new boyfriend, more popularity, and more freedom. There's just one catch. She just has to keep one little secret from everyone she knows and cares about.

     She's still dating Josh.
