Mentions of death, suicide, SA, blood, harsh language and gore. Note #1: 90% of all characters and storylines all are based off of the TV Show and comic series The Walking Dead. I do not take credit for these characters. Note #2: Some storylines are changed to better fit my ideas for how this story will go. Not everything will be like how you see on tv. Note #3: There is smut in this book. I wasn't originally planning on it but due to popular demand, there is a handful of smutty chapters that will be appearing. You're welcome. Note #4: This book was originally named "Sheriff's Lover ||| Rick Grimes x Reader (TWD x Reader)" but after further review, I decided to turn Y/N into an OC. I'm sorry if this comes as a surprise to some of my older readers. Started: January 17th, 2023. Changed from x reader to OC on: December 3rd, 2024.
My Dear Reader Rebecca
What will you do, when you have only 5 days left, before a dead-or-alive challenge happens? Rebecca is having a highly risky brain surgery next week. Time is extremely precious for her. Yet she chooses to finish reading a book, which is unfortunately mine. I am a failing writer whose stories go nowhere. There are still two more chapters to write for this book, but I am having a writer's block. I visit her in the hospital, and greatly inspired by her courage under the unfortunate circumstances. However, can I finish the book in time for her? I'll try my best. Once again, my mind flies back to the post-apocalypse world of my fiction, searching for a way to end the book properly... ...... This is an attempt to mix comedy with tragedy. Some content is quite heavy, like cancer, depression, sick patients...etc. So prepare a tissue, just in case. I wrote and posted the first 3 chapters 4 years ago, yet due to my stupidity and insensitivity, I lost a dear friend over this story, which I regretted deeply. The idea was first inspired by another friend, who gave me some first hand experience of a cancer patient. Can't thank her enough. It's totally my fault that this story was delayed for so long. It's simply too good to waste, and not fair for her priceless contribution. There are also various things inspired by different friends online, who once bared their souls to me. Sincerely appreciate their friendship. It has totally 8 chapters. Each one has about 2000 to 3000 words. Disclaimer: Everything here is fake, never happened and completely fabricated by my wild imagination. The story has nothing to do with Wattpad or any website, because seriously, nothing is real here. If someone happens to have a similar experience, that's just coincidence. Copyrights of Becca Franco, Bill Cadogan and "The 100" TV series belongs to The CW Network.Complete
Screw You, Dixon! (Daryl Dixon x reader)
Y/n was your average college student before the world went to shit. She lived in Atlanta with her childhood friend, Glenn, and had never once left the city after she had moved there. However, the end of the world changed that, forcing her to leave the city and wander the highway. When the city was overrun, she was separated from Glenn and forced to flee the city, which she hadn't left for years. With no idea where to go or what to do, she simply wandered down the highway. And though she may have been a city kid, she was far from useless. She was used to fighting for her life and she was used to being alone, so to say the very least, she could handle whatever the end of the world threw at her. Equipped with her trusted bow, Lucy, and her fathers vintage revolver, she was ready for anything. Dead or otherwise. She eventually came across a lost little girl, and a group of survivors hurled up on a farm. She never was a people person and never got along too well with others. Would she find a home in this group? Would they become family? Or was she doomed to wander alone? Would she ever reunite with Glenn? Her family? And would she and a certain redneck ever get along? UPDATES: DAILY. This is a fem!reader fic. Hopefully, you'll enjoy the story! If there's any mistakes let me know. And just enjoy!<33 NOTE: Obviously all characters belong to the walking dead, apart from any oc's I may add!
The Other Guy (BoyxBoy) ✔️
"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! I always imagined the end of the world being something out of the Bible or movies. I even imagined and mentally prepared myself for a Zombie apocalypse. Which, I guess is what this was... News reports live all over the world showing cases and recordings of hospital patients or people on the streets attacking one another. Eating their flesh then attacking other people, while the ones who got bit and died came back and started attacking the ones who ran- and didn't. Even those in the military didn't stand a chance. It would have been almost horrifying if it weren't for the fact that I was so unattached to everything. Now I'm alone...
ribs || carl grimes x reader
You knew Carl from before all this happened. Your moms were best friends and would sip wine on your back porch while the two of you played pretend in the backyard. The day the world went to shit, you were dismissed from school early and Lori had to take you home. You never thought you'd see Carl again after you slid that mini van door closed... ------------------------------------------------------------ ~ENGLISH ISN'T MY FIRST LANGUAGE so I apologize for anything I may get wrong! ~each chapter is named after a song that fits the vibe ([name] - [artist]) making a little playlist by the end of the book! (the title is a reference to Ribs by Lorde btw [Carl Grimes coded song imo]) ~also this work is now cross-posted on AO3 and Quotev, so feel free to check it out there if you'd prefer!
