He didn't understand. He couldn't understand. No,he just wouldn't understand. He didn't care,and when he thought about it he wondered if his own mom did either. After all she never checked up on him;at least not as much as she used to. The only person who truly cared about him was Lyra;his older sister.
Lyra was really the only thing keeping him sane...keeping him alive. The life he was living was worthless. At school he was treated like a freak,a monstet. But to be honest he didn't care. Or rather he wanted to, but he couldn't express how.
Emotions had become foreign to him you see. After all would you still be able to claim you're happy when you're being abused constantly? No,you wouldn't. And that's why I don't expect you to understand what I feel,or rather what I don't feel.
It's always nice talking to you...you are the only one who listens to me after all. I have to go now I'll write in you again soon.
