But when Topi came into the picture, Hollow started to act differently. No - he wasn't acting differently. It was like he became another person. Gabi cannot feel the same old Hollow he knew for some reason. All the guy talks about every day is how Topi's adorably cute, and is dangerously attentive to him. Gabi did not want to lie and say he was not hurt by it. Gabi's world entirely revolved around Hollow and now he can't even feel his presence. He tried to conceal his feelings, crying when his hopes were destroyed. But when Hollow told him that he liked Topi, his systems started to shut down. A deafening massacre in his heart. He did not hate Topi. He did not hate Hollow. He hated himself for feeling this way. So he tried what a good best friend would do, stay away from Hollow and cheer him from afar.
