Life can be so predictable when you're 18 and happen to be a teenage werewolf. Wait, what? Ok, so maybe I'm not so much a 'werewolf,' and really shape-shifter, but, honestly, what's the difference? My name's Talon Harris and I was TRYING to live a normal life until my 18th birthday changed everything. Cue in Jake Forrester, the 'alpha' who decides to take me in because, apparently, a girl like me needs to be 'protected.' Little does he know that girls can fend for themselves just fine. It was Bella that told her about vampires, and that was when Anna's world changed forever. Hidden in the shadows was a blonde vampire. He wasn't like the Cullens, meaning he wasn't a "vegetarian." He killed for his food, but he also simply liked the fight that everyone put up before they died. It was fun, but when he entered Forks, something was different. There was a scent he just couldn't shake, and Victoria could tell that something was up with him. She and Laurent were both curious, but Victoria quickly became jealous, especially once they figured out where the scent was coming from. The scent was a human, and the human was James's mate. Victoria was not happy, and she tried to force herself closer to James, but she didn't quite get what she wanted, and she truly wanted him to feel her pain...
